Worldmark Mccall - McCall

The location was acceptable but, the customer service was abysmal. I waited over two hours to extend my stay, and the staff treated me like an inconvenience. Oh, and don't expect to enjoy the hot tub-it's out of service without any notice! I expected a complimentary gesture for all this hassle, but no luck.

Location: the hotel was very close to Worldmark, a quiet residential area and the Activity Barn. Furthermore, near the golf course. Apartment was huge with comfortable bed.

Liked our well-appointed and large rooms.

Everything was simply amazing. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a very nice area, just off beautiful area of Mc Call as well as the Activity Barn. Beautiful and favourable location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. Besides, it was 10 min drive to a state park.

friendly staff but uncomfortable stay

The staff is friendly and helpful, always making an effort to assist. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the two-bedroom apartment, which seemed like a charming cabin and provided plenty of space for my family. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, a huge plus . Plus, we enjoyed the easy access to local activities in the area, enhancing our experience.

Recent updates in our room left us struggling with chemical sensitivities.

The hot tub being out of service significantly disappointed guests expecting a relaxing soak, particularly since there was no prior communication about it. Noticeable cleanliness issues emerged, like remnants left in the freezer and sticky counters, which certainly did not align with guests' expectations for a thorough cleaning. Some units faced maintenance challenges, including inconsistent hot water and uncomfortable living room furniture.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement

The location offered easy access to activities in McCall, a plus. Cleanliness standards fell short, as food remnants lingered in the freezer. Meri at the front desk did her best to assist, and parking was hassle-free. Consider bringing your own cleaning supplies for added peace of mind.

Free parking was great. Air conditioning worked well, but the hot tub was out of service.

The condo we stayed in was wonderfully spacious and newly remodeled. We enjoyed the large windows that brought in a lot of natural light and allowed us to appreciate the beautiful tree-filled surroundings. The gas fireplace was a nice touch for cozy evenings, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy and enjoyable. I appreciated that we were close to local attractions, ensuring we could easily explore the area, including visiting Payette Lake and Ponderosa State Park.

Hot tub availability was misleading .

Worldmark is a cozy and clean place just outside the town. We loved our two-bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, made cooking meals easy. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the easy access to outdoor activities.

The two-bedroom apartment was huge and had a lovely gas fireplace! The game room was a fun surprise for the family. Perfect place for a winter getaway (the hot tub was out of service, though)!

The location of this hotel is lovely as it is close to a beautiful area, the Activity Barn, and a golf course.

The staff here were very helpful and attentive, the location is great, and the room was spacious and nicely equipped with its own bathroom, microwave, fridge.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The 3 bedroom Presidential condo was fine - spacious, well-furnished, and even had its own hot tub. The hotel's indoor pool/spa and game room were fantastic, and we loved the peaceful residential area, with deer and other animals often spotted from the patios. we highly recommend this place for a nice getaway!
